Football Lows & Eurolink Highs

EUROLINK FSS VLOG TRANSCRIPT

Hey everyone, Craig here from Eurolink. I hope you guys are doing really well out there. Man, I love this time of year. Fall is in the air, leaves are changing colors, mountains are gorgeous. I think this is absolutely one of the best times of the year. In addition, football is back. College football, pro football, you name it, is back. 

Now, for my embarrassing combination…Well, I’m a Clemson Tiger fan on Saturdays, and I’m an LA Charger fan on Sundays. And you know something? I was genuinely optimistic about both of them at the beginning of the season. Maybe not so much anymore.

Clemson’s been testing my nerves every single Saturday. What an embarrassing loss to LSU. And the Chargers, well, they have lost both of their first two games by a score of 26-14. So apparently they have found a score that they like and they’re just going to stick with it throughout the season. So…not so optimistic anymore. But, you know, if either team wants to give me a reason to change my mind, I’m more than willing to make the adjustment. 

Thankfully, things at Eurolink have given me plenty to cheer about around here. We’ve had the strongest sales year that we’ve ever had in August.  Well, August was the biggest sales month in our company’s 26-year history. I want to thank you guys. Thank each and every one of you, our customers, for continuing to trust us with your hard-to-find metric fasteners. And I want to thank our team for handling all those orders while I walked around the building saying, “hey, are you seeing these numbers? Are you seeing these numbers?” About every 15 minutes or so.

We’ve also launched a brand new customer dashboard powered by INSQLl. You can use it to check your open quotes, your orders, your invoices, your tracking information, and even your statements. So when you need an update, you can find it without waiting for one of us to get back to you. Now, you’re still welcome to give us a call. We haven’t replaced our sales team yet with one of those… really weird expensive dashboards or even AI. I know, I’ve checked our payroll numbers and they’re all still out there. 

You may have seen some of our recent team videos. We’ve had an amazing time making them and basically letting you guys meet more of the people behind the scenes here at Earling. Some of them have gotten very comfortable.

We’re headed to the International Fastener Expo in Phoenix. Hoping to see all of you guys there. If you’ll be there, please stop by and see us in booth 349. We’d love to catch up with you.
